About the Role
Pin High Hospitality is growing—and we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Hospitality Sales Director to help us expand our client base and support premier clubs and businesses across the country.
This part-time/full-time, remote role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, understands the power of hospitality, and preferably has a passion for golf. Whether you’ve worked in the golf space or just love to play, we value team members who understand the lifestyle, language, and culture of the game—or are excited to learn.
💡 Important: This is a sales-focused role—we’re looking for someone with real experience developing leads, handling objections, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate leads and research prospective clients
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to decision-makers
- Respond to inbound interest with professionalism and urgency (reactive selling)
- Attend bi-weekly virtual sales calls with our customers
- Track and report weekly sales activities and results using Excel
- Build long-term relationships with clubs, businesses, and hospitality partners
- Other special projects as needed
- Other sales related activities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales success—you’ve consistently hit or exceeded targets in a sales-driven environment (bonus if in hospitality, events, or B2B services)
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, and conducting online research
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently in a remote environment
- Passion for golf—whether you play, follow the sport, or are eager to learn the ropes
- Understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus
- We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell—someone with the confidence, skill, and experience to open doors, build trust, and close deals. If you’ve had measurable success in sales roles, we want to hear from you.
